Federal securities law requires securities offered or sold in the US to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or be exempt from such registration. Offerings hosted on this Site will be done under the exemption from registration under Regulation Crowdfunding.

Regulation Crowdfunding (RegCF)
A company issuing securities in reliance on Regulation Crowdfunding is permitted to raise a maximum aggregate amount of $5,000,000 in a 12-month period.
